We understand that plans can change, and you might need to cancel an order after placing it. If your order has not yet entered the processing or shipping phase, you can cancel it free of charge. To do this, log in to your account, navigate to the "My Orders" section, and locate the order you wish to cancel. Once there, click on the “Cancel Order” button and confirm your decision. You will receive an email notification once the cancellation has been successfully processed. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. For orders with multiple items, you may also request a partial cancellation if some items have not yet been processed. However, custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please double-check your selections when ordering these types of products to ensure they meet your needs. If your order includes pre-ordered or backordered items, cancellation requests must be submitted before the item enters production or shipping phases.
